The SME IPO market is set for a busy start as two public issues — Anand Seamless Tubes and Himalaya Nutravedics — open for subscription today, September 22, 2026. Both issues will remain open until September 24, giving investors three days to place their bids.The two companies are looking to raise a combined Rs 52.02 crore through their respective SME IPOs.

The issue opens on September 22 and closes on September 24, 2026.
The allotment is expected to be finalised on September 25, while the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform on September 29, 2026.The company has fixed the issue price at Rs 72 per share. The lot size is 1,600 shares, making the minimum retail application size 3,200 shares, or an investment of Rs 2,30,400. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 4,800 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 3,45,600.Aftertrade Broking Pvt. Ltd.
is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.A significant portion of the Anand Seamless IPO proceeds will be used to strengthen its manufacturing operations, including capacity expansion, technological upgrades, cost optimisation and support for its manufacturing facility in Mahesana, Gujarat.
The company also plans to use Rs 5.73 crore to repay or prepay certain outstanding secured and unsecured borrowings, while Rs 3.70 crore is earmarked for general corporate purposes and Rs 3.13 crore towards issue expenses.Read more: A record run! The IPO also opens for subscription on September 22 and closes on September 24, 2026. The allotment is expected to be completed on September 25, with a tentative listing on the BSE SME platform on September 29.The company has fixed a price band of Rs 100 to Rs 106 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares.For retail investors, the minimum application is 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 2,54,400 at the upper end of the price band.
The minimum HNI application is 3 lots, or 3,600 shares, translating into an investment of Rs 3,81,600 at the upper price of the band.Nirbhay Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.IPO proceeds: Himalaya Nutravedics plans to use a major portion of the IPO proceeds to meet its working capital requirements, with Rs 13.75 crore earmarked for this purpose.
